Instructional Scaffolding

CAPTION

The support that the teacher provides to the pupils as they gradually transition from being dependent to independent learners is referred to as instructional scaffolding. This is a crucial tactic that is assisted in the business classroom by, among other things, modeling, the use of graphics and visuals, and cooperative learning. In my teaching, scaffolding is crucial because it enables students to build on what they already know to create new learning. They may then effectively apply their expertise to any activity or circumstance.
